Lizenzvertrag
Die Nutzung von ROFMOD 5.0 wird mit einem Lizenzvertrag zwischen dem Kunden und der GEOTEST AG vertraglich vereinbart. Der Lizenzvertrag regelt u.a. die Vertragsdauer, die jährlichen Lizenzgebühren, den GEOTEST-Support sowie Software-Updates.
Haftungseinschränkung
Bei der Herstellung von ROFMOD 5.0 sind hohe Qualitätsnormen erfüllt und eingehende Tests durchgeführt worden. Trotzdem können bisher nicht bekannte Programmfehler auftauchen und zu Bedienungsproblemen führen. Entsprechende Rückmeldungen nehmen wir gerne entgegen, wir werden um die notwendigen Software-Anpassungen besorgt sein. Details unter Support.
Bitte beachten Sie folgende Haftungseinschränkung: Die GEOTEST AG übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für Schäden, welche aus der Anwendung von ROFMOD 5.0 entstehen können. Speziell erwähnt ist hier eine fehlerhafte Wahl von Modellparametern und/oder eine Fehlinterpretation von Modellierungsresultaten.
Copyright-Bestimmungen
Das Arbeiten mit ROFMOD 5.0 ist mit einem Lizenzschlüssel geschützt. Ein erfolgreiches Umgehen (‚Hacken‘) des Lizenzschlüssels wird strafrechtlich verfolgt. Das Kopieren des Handbuches oder Teilen davon ist nur mit dem Einverständnis der GEOTEST AG erlaubt.
