License agreement
The use of ROFMOD 5.0 is agreed with a license agreement between the customer and the contractually. The license agreement regulates, among other things, the contract duration, the annual license fees, the GEOTEST support and software updates.
Limitation of liability
During the production of ROFMOD 5.0, high quality standards have been met and detailed tests have been carried out. Nevertheless, previously unknown program errors can occur and lead to operating problems. We are happy to receive feedback on this and will be concerned about the necessary software adaptations. Details under Support.
Please note the following limitation of liability: GEOTEST AG does not assume any liability for damages that may arise from the use of ROFMOD 5.0. In particular, an incorrect choice of model parameters and/or a misinterpretation of modeling results is mentioned here.
Copyright regulations
Working with ROFMOD 5.0 is protected by a license key. Bypassing ('hacking') the license key will be prosecuted. Copying the manual or parts thereof is only permitted with the consent of GEOTEST AG.
